Background
The City of Twentynine Palms allocates funding to nonprofit organizations
each fiscal year through its general fund. These grants are intended to
support nonprofits in delivering essential services to the residents of
Twentynine Palms.

The City of Twentynine Palms invites
applications from all eligible nonprofit
organizations. We strongly encourage these
organizations to provide programs and services
that are accessible to all residents, regardless
of socioeconomic status.
Application Process
The grant application will be available on the City’s website:
www.29palms.org starting Monday, February 3, 2025.
The application deadline is Friday, February 28, 2025, by 6:00 p.m.
All applications must be submitted via email to Kary Minatrea at
kminatrea@29palms.org.
Applications received after the deadline will not be considered for review or
funding.
A workshop will be held in May 2025 at City Hall,
where applicants will have the opportunity to
present their proposals to the City Council.
Funding notifications will be sent to applicants in
June 2025, with funds disbursed in July 2025.
